About a lack of technical understanding...

I so wish I was a techie! All I wanted to do was install my robo and my ipod onto my new computer, shouldn't take too long. Huh! It's taken all night and I still can't install my robo as the software is incompatible with windows vista. I did manage to get itunes loaded on but lost all my songs off my ipod, about 45 albums just wiped off in a millisecond. My little brother did come up trumps though and said I can call over to his tomorrow night and download all my lovely albums again and he'll put them all on DVD so that I can bring them back home and upload them again.
