The challenge at Papertake Weekly this week is an anything goes with the option to add highlighting to the image. I've used this adorable new digi image of Beatrice snorkeling from All That Scraps, highlighting her goggles and snorkle with Glossy Accents and adding extra sparkle to the waves with stickles and liquid pearls around the image
