The challenge at the Papertake Weekly challenge blog this week is 'something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue'. Well I guess the sensible thing to do was to make a wedding card but as I didn't need any wedding cards at the moment and I always need birthday cards I made one of those instead.
The old was kraft cardstock, new was the lace, borrowed - skipped that one, blue was the twine, button and felt
The flower is a felt brooch that I made and attached to the card so when their birthday is over the birthday girl can wear the brooch
